We do not currently offer next day delivery at this time



We don't process or send mail on saturdays and sundays so all orders are processed and dispatched on working days ( Monday- Friday 10am- 4pm )

If selecting our non tracked service we will not be able to offer tracking information on your parcel or held liable for any lost or delayed parcels. Once passed over to royal mail control over your item is out of our control and claims will have to be made through royal mail.

If you did purchase a tracked delivery method, please allow a few hours for your tracking information to update via the link sent in your dispatch notice email.

In some instances these delivery times may be exceeded by Royal Mail as they are an aim and not a guarantee. Please allow 7 working days to pass before reaching out to us if you have not received your parcel.


Royal Mail are still facing some delays in certain areas due to the increased demand and lack of staff during COVID.  This can lead to longer delays to receive your parcels once your parcel has been dispatched, so please allow up to 10 working days (UK) and up to 30 working days (International).  This is out of our control but we will do our best to assist you where possible and get updates to ease your worries.

International Orders -  Custom/Tax and Duty Fees

Customers are responsible for any customs and import fees due on their orders. We are also not responsible for any delays due to customs clearance as this is based on a lot of factors in your country.

Lost / Stolen / Damaged parcels

We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Once your parcel leaves our hands, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver your parcel.
